Unlike many large firms, KTM offers performance-based fee structures and does not outsource critical stages of the process. All projects and searches are led by Partners with vast experience in sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top performing, transformational leaders. Additionally, over 90% of our candidates are gainfully employed and not visible on job boards. Although we have a vast database of exceptional talent, we actively source new candidates for each search (focused specifically on our client’s unique profile).

Some of our clients have never used retained search or they have had negative experiences with recruiters in the past. KTM takes pride in serving as a trusted advisor throughout the entire process.
